One of my main goals this year is to travel more, explore more, attend more events, blog more and over all just live a more enjoyable life by living in the present. Ever since I was younger I always loved traveling and going on weekend getaways with my parents. We'd stay in 4/5 star hotels with beautiful views of the ocean and such. Now that I'm older and graduated from college I would love to continue with some of those trends into the new year. So I basically made it my goal to attempt travel more this year. Sunday Funday: Words From Strangers

I've had a rough past couple of weeks. My phone broke, I lost my wallet, almost got fired from my job, attempted to quit my job, and did I mention I still don't have a phone. It's been tough trying to maintain stay positive. So tough that I haven't blogged much and honestly don't remember the last time I did a Sunday Funday. However I've read so many beautiful post this week and received so many kind words of encouragement I felt I should share them with those of you that might be having a tough time.

Every last one of the statements below were told to me by stranger in a Facebook group I'm a member of. Needless to say it is beautiful to be told such kind words of encouragement by strangers.

Fashion Friday: Airport Comfort

I'm taking a leisure trip to Ohio for Halloween. Yes, I know pretty random state but actually I went to college in Ohio so I'm visiting old friends. Also I'm discussing business with some people so hopefully I can get pushed in the right direction for a career.

I love shopping! Do you love shopping? If so then you'll probably love this post too. I actually hate list posts and I seem to be doing a lot of them lately (Bucket list and Top 10 songs would have been better by someone else) but this one is kind of important. I just graduated from college so I lived the past four years of my life on a budget. However, that doesn't mean I had to dress poorly. Being fashionable on a budget is a real thing! So in honor of my blog being a little over 1 month old, 40 views away from 1,000 and having over 100 followers on Facebook I decided to give myself some goals for the rest of the year. Some of these are my own (like the 24 hour sex and the city marathon with wine) but some are from this amazing site I came across Bucketlist.org

Fashion Friday: Audrey Hepburn

Happy Friday! If you haven't heard this is a big weekend for the NBA. Lebron signed with the Cavaliers and Nick Young resigned with the Lakers. I like to believe that Nick resigned because of rapper girlfriend/fashionista Iggy Azalea but you never know. Speaking of fashion it's one of my favorite days of the week, Fashion Friday (everyday is my favorite day)! So what does that mean? It means I will be sharing with you one of my favorite fashion icons of all time and why they're PERFECT.
